Our story is the story of the formerly heroin-addicted mother of three, whose children have never been around her when she wasn’t high—now living sober, reuniting with them and showing them the love and stability they never saw in her before.
We love the brokenhearted that come to us.
The Foundry is a place they can find healing.
The Foundry’s 12-month Recovery Program is built on the foundation of a Christ-centered curriculum focused on life-long thought, habit and behavior change.
- Through our Christ-centered curriculum, worship services, Bible study and prayer, Recovery Program participants apply God’s word to leave behind past behaviors and plan for their futures.
- Counseling, life-skills classes and adult education equip recovering men and women with the tools they need to break the chains of addiction and remain free for life.
- Program participants experience employment readiness training through working together in our social enterprises.
- Program participants live and serve at The Foundry. There is an intake fee of $995.

Bessemer Campus: This campus is located in the heart of downtown Bessemer and provides shelter for 56 women and 132 men.
